Pressure Mapping & Goal Clarity
Using a structured life assessment model, teens identify where stress builds — school, friendships, family — and install clear, achievable action steps.
Emotional Control & Communication
We develop pause control, emotional regulation, perspective-taking, and healthier conflict responses.
