How We Do The Work

Once we identify where pressure is narrowing your thinking or shaping your behaviour, we focus on the mechanics underneath it.

We examine how identity influences your decisions under load and where automatic patterns surface, whether that is over-committing, over-controlling, avoiding conflict, or reacting too quickly.

From there, we strengthen three core capabilities.

First, emotional regulation. You learn to recognise early physiological signals and stabilise your response before it affects tone, judgement, or team dynamics.

Second, decision architecture. We install practical clarity filters that reduce cognitive overload and improve consistency under pressure.

Third, communication discipline. We refine how you engage in high-stakes conversations so your presence remains measured and deliberate.

The shifts are precise and applied in real time. They are reinforced under pressure until they become reliable.

This is structured behavioural refinement designed to strengthen leadership performance where it matters most: in decisions, in dialogue, and in moments that shape culture.

Meet Xen

Leadership pressure rarely breaks executives. It tests their internal stability.

Xen works where that pressure lives.

With more than three decades of global leadership experience across high-accountability environments, Xen brings earned wisdom to the room. He understands what it means to carry responsibility, make decisions that affect livelihoods, and remain steady when others look to you for direction.

From pioneering personal training in Malaysia to managing international operations, one truth became clear to him: external performance is limited by internal mastery.

As an NLP Master Coach and yoga instructor, Xen integrates disciplined behavioural refinement with emotional steadiness. He works with capable, driven leaders who recognise that pressure shapes how they think, decide, and respond.

In the room, Xen brings calm without force. He can sit with complexity without rushing it. When thinking becomes crowded or confidence dips, he stabilises the conversation and sharpens perspective. He is compassionate but direct, patient yet willing to challenge when growth requires it.

Clients describe feeling clearer and steadier simply by working through decisions with him. Not because he solves problems for them, but because he strengthens how they approach them.

His work centres on:

• Executive mindset refinement
• Decision clarity under pressure
• Emotional regulation discipline
• Leadership presence calibration
• Burnout prevention through behavioural adjustment

Whether coaching one-to-one or speaking to executive audiences, Xen brings grounded confidence and practical structure.

He does not create dependency. He builds capability.

“Control the inner game, master the outer game.” ~ Xen

Meet Elynn

Elynn Angelides is Co-Founder and Program Architect at Thrive Now Coaching Academy.

She designs the frameworks, programs and learning experiences behind Thrive Now ~ translating complex ideas about behaviour, communication, emotional regulation and sustainable change into practical tools people can actually use.

With more than 35 years across wellness, behaviour change, yoga education, coaching and program development, Elynn brings a rare blend of structure, depth and lived understanding to the work. Her strength is seeing the full picture, identifying what is unclear, and shaping ideas into simple, grounded systems that support real-life change.

Where Xen often leads the conversation in the room, Elynn designs the learning pathway behind it.

Her work includes developing coaching programs, workbooks, facilitator guides, client resources and practical frameworks across Conversation Control, mindset development, emotional regulation and sustainable performance.

Elynn’s background as an ICF-accredited Health & Life Coach, Level 2 Registered Yoga Teacher and Therapist, and Habit Change Specialist continues to inform her approach.
She understands that change is not only intellectual ~ it must be practical, embodied and sustainable.

Her focus includes:

• Program and framework design
• Behavioural learning experiences
• Sustainable habit change
• Emotional regulation and resilience
• Nervous system-informed wellbeing
• Practical tools for real-life conversations and pressure

Elynn’s approach is simple: if it is not clear, it is not finished.

She designs how people learn, practise and change ~ one clear tool at a time.

Together

Together, Xen and Elynn bring complementary strengths to leadership development. Xen sharpens clarity under pressure, strengthening decision-making, presence, and behavioural precision when the stakes are high. Elynn builds the internal sustainability that allows performance to endure, reinforcing resilience, habit discipline, and emotional steadiness over time.

Their work integrates strategic refinement with human depth. One strengthens the edge. The other fortifies the foundation.

At Thrive Now Coaching Academy, this partnership ensures leaders do not simply perform better in the moment, but operate with clarity, stability, and consistency across every area of responsibility.
